版本耗时 三个月#
一、在线RAG版本 （使用第三方方案） 已经完成#
(此版本的目的，快速构建数据测试环境，为数据收集和处理提供测试环境)
数据收集和处理(分三个阶段 估计耗时要两个月)#
1、收集所有产品现有文档（包括说明书等11月初步处理完）2、收集每个产品的常见用户问题和答案
3、自动化收集每个产品数据阶段（先做公司内部模拟收集）
模型选择的首要原则是幻觉控制得最好的，其次max_token最大的
二、本地RAG版本 （估计耗时 一个月）#
1、部署本地向量数据库
2、部署本地大模型
3、部署本地web应用
4、调试
智能客服RAG版本(图片和语音输入,生成图) 输入 "生成" 可以支持文生成图 另外：目前数据不完整 ，目前已经接入微信，此链接失效
