!!当前市场上，量化模型一般实现方案\\
1、理论基础：基于一切信息都可以从价格里反应

2、数据层面，以盘口数据为主

3、以多因子模型为主

多因子模型，本身即可以挖掘长期价值因子，也可以挖掘短期因子，比如庄家行为的判断\\

当前这种方案，最终可能很少去分析非盘口数据，演变成短期投机交易主

1、从海量社会经济政治军事数据中，获得宏观经济环境判断（主要判断宏观经济运行好坏，风险收益比，也就是上升还是下行周期），上升周期，市场对风险相对迟钝， 下行周期，市场对风险相对敏感。

2、从行业数据中，判断此行业的生命周期哪个阶段

3、从公司数据中，分析公司的基本面，最后完成选股

4、根据对冲策略，进行投资组合

5、盯盘，根据投资纪律，进行风控管理

1、全球范围内的经济结构呈现两极分化，意味着已经是经济危机的经济基础结构了

2、由于核恐怖平衡，这个系统性经济危机的风险，并没有释放

3、以AI为代表的先进生产力，本质上是加剧这个分化

4、所以从宏观来看，必然有一次股灾。

1、以AI概念占40%的比重

2、这轮AI投资的核心问题是，投入产出比不成比例，模型的底层技术问题，阻碍了模型产生预期的投资收益

3、即使AI产生了巨大经济收益，本质也是加剧经济结构的两极分化

4、另外，美元进入降息周期，资本将从美国进入新兴经济体。
